Personal Growth
Becoming who you already are.
Most days we function smoothly and meet what is expected of us. And then, quietly, a question turns up: “Is this all there is?” Or: “Who am I behind all these tasks and roles?” I would like to invite you to follow that question. This is not about producing a “better” self. It is about uncovering the one you have been all along.

“It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.”

Growth, not optimisation.
We are told again and again to “optimise” ourselves — to be more efficient, happier, more resilient. In my practice we go the other way. This is not about correcting faults or adding something you lack. It is about putting down what no longer belongs to you: old beliefs, other people’s expectations, masks you were trained to wear. When the pressure to improve yourself falls away, growth begins by itself.
Discovering your own core.
With the methods of Gestalt therapy we explore your inner world, curious and without judgement. We do not look at you as a “building site”. We look at you as interesting terrain, worth mapping afresh. Together we make room for what is still undiscovered:
Letting the masks drop: We look at the roles you play in order to be loved or approved of.
Integrating the shadow: We look at the sides of yourself you would rather hide, and find the strength that has been sleeping there.
Finding your voice: We practise not only sensing what you really need, but saying it out loud and clearly.
Taking responsibility: You learn to step out of the role of the victim and to experience yourself as the one shaping your life.

Authentic in the present.
You cannot read your way into personal growth. You have to experience it. Rather than only talking about your aims, we bring them into the here and now. In experiments and mindfulness exercises you feel the difference: what is it like to say “no”? What is it like to take up space? Experiences like these take hold far deeper than anything you work out in your head, and they stay with you in everyday life.
What you gain:
Real self-confidence: You learn to trust your own compass again, and to become less dependent on confirmation from outside.
Deep calm: The constant pressure to be different gives way to a friendly, relaxed acceptance of who you are.
Clear boundaries: You notice sooner what is good for you and what is not, and you find the courage to draw the line, kindly and with respect.
More vitality: You come off “autopilot”, feel your feelings clearly again, and shape your life actively and wide awake.
Your next step.
Taking time for your own development is not a necessity. It is a valuable gift to yourself. Because this is not about curing an illness but about personal growth, you pay for it yourself. In a free initial consultation of about 20 minutes we find out what is on your mind and whether the chemistry between us is right. The consultation and the sessions that follow are held in English.
This has clear advantages for you:
No diagnosis: Personal growth is not an illness. You grow here without a medical label and without a patient file.
Your own focus: We follow no rigid treatment plan laid down by the statutory insurers. We work on your aims and your concerns, and nothing else.
Complete discretion: What you work on stays your own affair. No one is told — not your employer, not an insurer, not any authority.
A rhythm that suits you: Whether weekly and intensive or further apart as an occasional prompt: we match the frequency of the sessions to your life.
