Berufsbezeichnung:
Heilpraktikerin beschränkt auf das Gebiet der Psychotherapie (verliehen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland). This is a state-issued German licence to practise psychotherapy under the Heilpraktikergesetz, restricted to the field of psychotherapy and granted in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Competent professional chamber:
No chamber membership exists, as this is a Heilpraktikerin licence and not that of a psychologische Psychotherapeutin (a separate, protected German professional title).

Gesetz über die berufsmäßige Ausübung der Heilkunde ohne Bestallung (Heilpraktikergesetz, BGBl. III 2122-2) and Durchführungsverordnung zum Heilpraktikergesetz (BGBl. III 2122-2-1) — the German Act on the professional practice of the healing arts without a medical licence, and the ordinance implementing it.

Value added tax
VAT identification number pursuant to § 27 a Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG): not applicable, as services provided in the healing professions are exempt from VAT under § 4 no. 14 a UStG.
